LB 1103 - Adopt the Abortion Pain Prevention Act
Introduced by Speaker Mike Flood of Norfolk, Nebraska - District 19
Synopsis:
LB 1103 would prohibit abortions performed after 20 or more weeks gestation. The bill provides for an exception where the abortion is done to avert the death or serious bodily impairment of the mother.
