LB 200 Exempts Motorcyclists from Wearing  Helmets 

Introduced by Sen. Charlie Janssen of Fremont, Nebraska - District 15

Synopsis:
LB 200 would exempt motorcycle drivers 21 and older from wearing protective helmets.  Persons between the ages of 15 and 21 can also be exempted upon the completion of a motorcycle safety course.  Protective eye wear would still be required for all drivers.
