LB 370
LB 370 - Increased State-Funded Contraception
Introduced by Sen. Danielle Conrad of Lincoln, Nebraska - District 46
Synopsis:
LB 370 would raise the low-income threshold, therefore increasing the number of people eligible to receive state-funded contraception via Medicaid. This bill, if passed, will also provide more tax-payer funds for “sex education” in public schools across Nebraska as well as provide additional funding for Planned Parenthood and other Title X Clinics.
