LB 443 Regulation of S.O.B.’s (Sexually Oriented Businesses)

Synopsis:
LB 443 places statewide regulations on sexually oriented bookstores and strip clubs. As of now, there is no state standard for these businesses. The bill does the following:
• All such businesses must close by 12:00 a.m.
• No touching between dancers and patrons
• No sexually oriented business can be located within one-fifth mile of a church, school, playground or daycare.
