LB694- Provide restrictions for sexual predators and penalties

Synopsis:
LB 694 proposes to require certain sex offenders get written permission from the school
principal to enter school grounds, including the school building. LB 694 would apply to
individuals who are required to register under the Sex Offender Registration Act and who have committed an aggravated offense against a person eighteen years of age or younger.
