LB 444 Requires Escorts to Be Licensed (KILLED, February 2, 2010)

Synopsis:
Escort services have often been used as fronts for prostitution rings. LB 444 would require escort services to apply for an operator’s license. Additionally, the escort service must establish an actual business address and maintain information on clientele.
