LR 296CA & LB985- Authorizes Non-profits to Hold "Charitable" Poker Events

Synopsis:
Together, LB 985 and LR 286 CA would legalize charitable poker in Nebraska. Specifically, proceeds from the poker games would go to certain charitable organizations, after the entities that run the poker games have taken their cut for operational expenses.
