LR10 Opposes the Federal EFCA
LR 10 Opposes the Federal EFCA that Denies Employees Private Ballots
Introduced by Sen. Scott Price of Bellevue, Nebraska - District 3
Synopsis:
LR 10 urges members of the Nebraska Congressional delegation to oppose the federal Employee Free Choice Act (EFCA). The EFCA would do away with private ballots for employees voting on whether to unionize. The resolution states that that EFCA is “detrimental to the rights of workers and an offense against democratic principles.”
