                   Dave Bydalek

Dave Bydalek was one of the founding members of Family First, and has served as Executive Director since 2001. Prior to his work with Family First, he was an Assistant Attorney General under Don Stenberg, and a policy advisor to former Governor Mike Johanns.

He earned his J.D. from UNL Law College in 1991. Dave was married to Tanya in 1989, and they have four kids.

Jennifer Brehm

Jennifer Brehm has been with Family First since its inception in 1998.  In 2001 she created Family First’s annual City on a Hill youth conference.  She earned a marketing degree from the College of Business Administration at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1995.  She is married to Jeff and has two children.

                                        Martha Hayman

Martha Hayman has lived in Lincoln all her life - so far. She is a Northeast High School Rocket and Southeast Community College alum. Martha is married to Scott Hayman and they have one son, Brian.

Martha came to Family First in 1999 as a volunteer. She stuffed and labeled envelopes and helped with whatever needed to be done. In spring of 2001, Martha became Family First’s mail coordinator, and in 2003 became Family First’s office manager.
