Strip club and adult bookstore owners plan to block LB 443.  LB 443 would, for the first time, place statewide regulations on Nebraska sexually oriented businesses (S.O. B’s).  The passage of this bill would also prevent S.O.B’s from popping up near schools, daycares, churches and residential areas.

Planned Parenthood and Sen. Nantkes-Conrad are working on LB 370.  This bill, if passed, will provide more tax-payer funds for “sex education” in public schools across Nebraska as well as provide additional funding for Planned Parenthood and other Title X Clinics.
